Bryce

  • Bryce Tech - good tutorials here, especially on Bryce's tree lab. Be warned, the main page has sound and is slow to load.
  • BSolutions - tips and tricks for Bryce 5.
  • Calyxa's Bryce Tutorials - if you haven't figured out how to do AB or ABCD texturing, you need to visit this page! Plenty of other good tutorials, too.
  • Corel - home of CorelDraw, Corel Photopaint, and Bryce 5.
  • Corel Magazine - this used to be a print magazine, now available as an online mag. Has tutorials for Bryce and Corel.

    Carrara/Raydream/CorelDream

  • eovia - home of Carrara and Amapi 3D programs. Also has galleries and tutorials for their products.
  • eovia Tutorials for Carrara and Amapi - if you're using Carrara or Amapi, you already know how to find eovia, but finding the tutorials on their website took some digging. Just click here to get to them.
  • Staigerland - Amapi and Carrara tutorials, plus a list of further resources.

    CorelDraw and Corel Photopaint

  • Corel - home of CorelDraw, Corel Photopaint, and Bryce 5.
  • Corel Magazine - this used to be a print magazine, now available as an online mag. Check out the tutorials.
  • Designer.com - an online community geared specifically to Corel users. Includes tutorials, freebies, clipart, and other design resources.
  • GrafX Design - tutorials and other resources for CorelDraw.
  • Huntfor.com - Corel Photopaint tutorials.
  • Square One Graphics - downloadable tutorials.
  • Stickysauce.com - these tutorials should give you a good start on drawing with Corel.

    Flash

  • Flash Filmmaker Website - offers tutorials, downloads, and a cartoon and film directory.
  • W3Schools - I admit, I've only browsed this site, but it does seem to cover the basics pretty well.
  • Flash Kit - This site goes beyond the basics! You can do a search for different versions of Flash, too. Tutorials can be pretty complex, but if you already have the basics down, this is the place to look for more advanced stuff.
  • Macromedia - home of Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks. Includes forums for users and free demo versions of their software.

    Poser

  • Curious Labs - home of Poser Pro Pack and Poser 5. Also includes a good list of links and a gallery.
  • DAZ 3D - great place to buy 3D Models, 3D Content, and 3D Software. Also has a good selection of tutorials, a gallery and plenty of freebies.

  • Digital Babes - if you're looking for tutorials on how to make realistic 3D hair for your Poser models, check this site. Look under "Downloads" for the tutorial.
  • DNA Runtime - a fairly extensive site. Includes tutorials, forums, a store, and galleries of artwork.
  • Graphics Muse - tutorials on UVMapper, texture mapping, and transparency mapping for Poser.
  • Infinitee Designs - this site has a useful tutorials on photorealistic texturing for Poser figures and how to import them into Bryce. Also has lots of galleries.
  • Jabberdoggy - there's an easy to follow tutorial here that shows how to use UVMapper to create a poseable character. Very useful for creating original Poser figures.
  • Poser Hair - this is one of the most talked about topics for Poser. Includes tutorials on post-editing hair and importing 3D hair for your models.
  • Poser Tech - Various Poser tutorials here, including everything from posing a model to building one yourself. Also has a tutorial on designing models for fur without post-editing.
  • PoserPros - a good forum for Poser artists. You can ask questions and get very good answers, learn new stuff, get critiques on your artwork, and make lots of friends. This is one of my favorite sites.
  • Renderosity - the best 3d graphics community online! They have articles, tutorials, a free downloads section, and a store.
  • Roy's MAX-Poser Tutorials - various tutorials including morph targets and how to make Poser clothing.
  • Steve Cox's UVMapper - if you want to texture your own models, this program is a must have! In addition to the program itself, there are good tutorials on how to use it, and if you ever have any questions, Steve is quick to answer them.
  • Ultimate 3D Links - there's a good collection of links to various Poser tutorials. Check the navigation links on the left side to find tutorials on several other 3D programs as well.

    Web Design

  • Hex to RGB Conversion - something every graphic artist and web designer needs! Includes a color chart with the hex codes, and on page two, has a nifty program that lets you input the RGB values and then gives you proper the hex code.
  • HTML Goodies - a great reference for HTML, JavaScript, and other web design issues. Has lots of tutorials suited for beginners, and offers a mentors forum where you can get questions answered quickly. Take time to sign up for their weekly newsletter. That also has some useful info in it.
  • Macromedia - home of Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks. Includes forums for users and free demo versions of their software.

    ZBrush

  • 3D Links - a good source for info and tutorials on a variety of programs, including ZBrush!
  • Pixologic - the home of ZBrush. If you've never tried this program before, download their free trial version. It's very impressive.
  • ZBrush World - a good online magazine with tutorials, galleries, and lots of info.
